BN and PR turned into 'City Sightseeing Hop-on Hop-off Bus'

If you go to London or to other major cities in Europe, you can easily find the 'city sightseeing tour bus'. This sightseeing tour bus is very popular especially among tourists. The bus offers an exciting cultural and diverse sightseeing tour around the city. The tour will show you all the important landmarks and attractions in the city, but the most interesting thing about the bus service is you can hop-on and hop-off the bus as much as you like, at any of the bus stops on the tour route.

Malaysia, or KL to be more precised has its own hop-on and hop-off sightseeing bus too. But it is not as popular as the city sightseeing buses in Europe. It is very frustating to know that some people in KL do not even realise that there are hop-on hop-off sightseeing buses in KL. Or, mungkin bas macam tu tak sesuai sangat kut sebab KL panas dan ada traffic jam di sana dan sini!

But there are something else in Malaysia now that you can easily hop-on and hop-off, at any time you like, and this is becoming very popular lately. It is not sightseeing buses, but political parties. In Malaysia, people can hop-on and hop-off their political parties as much as they like. There are many cases of hop-on and hop-off from one to another political parties in Malaysia. The most recent is the BN State Assemblymen for Bota, Nasarudin Hashim who defected to PKR and today, Pak Lah revealed that several Pakatan Rakyat state representatives from Perak will soon join the BN.

Now BN and PR are no different from the hop-on and hop-off sightseeing buses. As for me, this new development in our political atmosphere seems very unethical and immoral. What is this? Elected Wakil Rakyat betraying the trust given by their voters. This must be stopped!
